Craigengillan Estate ("we", "us") operates this website and the accommodation, equestrian and events businesses at Craigengillan, Dalmellington, Ayr KA6 7PZ. For anything in this policy, contact admin@craigengillan.com.

Information you give us directly: your name, contact details and the content of enquiries you send by email, phone or the contact form.

Booking information: reservations are processed by our booking provider, Lodgify, under their own privacy policy; we receive the details needed to host you (names, dates, contact details and requests).

Basic technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run advertising trackers.

To answer enquiries, manage bookings and look after you during a stay or event.

To meet legal obligations, for example guest records and financial record-keeping.

With your consent, to send occasional estate news, you can opt out at any time.

We never sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who need it to deliver your booking or event (for example the booking platform, or caterers for a wedding), and where the law requires.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. Under UK GDPR you may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion or restriction of processing.
